Multi-layered Supervision: Axiom Protection Group is an organization with depth.  Our organization chart indicates multi-layered supervision to ensure a solid quality assurance plan. And while our  Senior Management is available to all clients 24 hours/day, we rely on our Team Members: Operations Managers, Road Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and the Command Center, to be our eyes and our ears at all times.  All of these Team Members are trained to be pro-active, and are empowered to escalate any potential issue they may see when visiting a site so as to correct a small issue and avoid a potentially serious issue from happening.

24-Hour Command Center:  monitors activity at each account 24 hours per day.  Command Center personnel are in constant contact with each officer at each location throughout each day.  The Command Center personnel take the time to build a relationship with the officers to ensure our client’s property is being protected properly, as well as serve as a lifeline in emergency situation to ensure our officers are not facing a potentially dangerous situation. Weather emergency alerts are monitored by the Command Center, and notification calls are placed to all locations when emergency alerts are activated. Our Command Center is also capable of filling shifts when required.

Electronic Checkpoint systems:  Axiom utilizes a variety of electronic checkpoint systems, including the popular Morse Watchmans system, as a means of monitoring patrols on our client’s property.  These systems provide us a means to monitor the start and end of each officer’s shifts, as well as ensure rounds are being performed to the client’s specifications.

Electronic Report Writing:  At Axiom we try to stay ahead of the curve and provide the most current systems available to our clients and employees.  We provide electronic reporting systems that enhance the quality, accuracy, and speed in which Daily Reports, Emergency/Incident Reports, and Pass-on Logs are created and distributed to our clients and our Management personnel.

Insurance:  At Axiom we know that protecting our client’s property and personnel is Job 1.  Our extensive training programs and multi-layered supervision are two of the tools we utilize to ensure our success in completing Job 1.  We believe that proper insurance is also key to providing the highest level of protection to our clients,  We carry liability insurance of $1M each occurrence, $3M aggregate, $3M products, and an excess liability of $3M each occurrence and $3M aggregate.
