Our Hiring Standards Are:

• Michigan State Police background checks: applicants with prior misdemeanors, felonies, or active warrants are not considered for employment.
• Applicants’ fingerprints are sent to the FBI for further clearance utilizing the new Identix process for quick results within 3-5 days.
• Axiom employees participate in a random drug-screening program administered prior to gaining employment, and randomly thereafter.
• Have no record of discharge from previous employment because of misconduct. Be a high school graduate.
• Have a good credit rating in the community.

In addition to those standards listed above we ask that each individual be at least 18 years of age, posses a valid Michigan Drivers License, have reliable transportation of their own, and a phone with message capability.
