Axiom is pleased to announce our July Employee of the Month is Barbara (BJ) Collins. BJ is posted outdoors at the Gleaners Community Food Bank. No matter what the weather brings (rain, snow, sleet, scorching sun and heat) BJ is outdoors walking the parking lot to ensure the personal and vehicular safety of the employees, patrons, and volunteers of Gleaners Community Food Bank. Employee of the Month - June, 2011
Dylan Tyler:
When Dylan was first assigned to DST he was only assigned one 4-hour shift per week. Even with that limited exposure, Dylan was able to absorb the vast policies and procedures of DST. Dylan has also been very flexible and accommodating by covering shift vacancies with little advance notice and thereby providing DST with no interruption of service. Dylan possesses a positive attitude and does not shy away from work. Dylan will perform his job responsibilities full and completely, even in inclement weather going out to perform a thorough vehicle check, and full rounds. Even with only 4 hours per week, Dylan’s reputation quickly became respected and he was offered a full time position. With only a weekend’s notice, Dylan jumped right in and accepted the position. Dylan has never been late or called off of work. In fact, he always arrives early and has an excellent uniform appearance. Dylan’s professional attitude and appearance, his accommodating and hardworking tendencies and his ability to handle tasks effectively with minimal repeat-training, set an example to all employees of the high standards and quality of service that make security an asset to any company. We are pleased to announce Dylan Tyler as our employee of the month for June, 2011. |

Employees of the Month - May, 2011
Tina MacAllister:
Site Security Supervisor MacAllister has been a tremendous support for both Axiom, our employees, and our clients and friends at SSIHM during the recent transition over to Axiom Protection Group. Supervisor MacAllister established herself quickly as a supportive and concerned leader, and remained focused on providing the best service for the client while ensuring a seamless transition for both client and employees. In a short period of time Supervisor MacAllister has immersed herself in to the Axiom organization with ease and has quickly become a respected Team Member and Leader. We are proud to name Supervisor Christina MacAllister as Employee of the Month for May, 2011. LaRon Fields: Officer Fields has been a tremendous to support to James Howard as he returns to the Axiom Team as Operations Manager. Officer Fields’ has stepped up and helped James to learn his existing officers, and to train new officers. Using the skills and training he has received through his tenure with Axiom Security, Officer Fields was an integral part of the recent apprehension of thieves. Officer Fields' positive attitude, and his dedication to his job will take him far. The client is very pleased with Officer Fields’ performance and we consider him to truly to be an asset to Axiom Protection Group. We are pleased to present Officer LaRon Fields as Employee of the Month for May, 2011. Robert Maxwell: For the past two years Officer Maxwell has performed his job duties at a very high level. His positive attitude and “can-do” personality has earned the respect of the client, his supervisor, and his peers. Robert provides the type of continuity to his site that we at Axiom strive for every day. With little direct supervision Robert has taken on the task of training new officers, created a training plan, and performs the training with precision and efficiency. Officer Robert Maxwell is truly an asset to Axiom Protection Group, and our clients, and we are pleased to also present him as our Employee of the Month for May, 2011. |
